Notes from the Coach

As a coach, I believe in challenging players to be the best athletes they can, while also keeping a fun atmosphere in the gym.  My coaching philosophy has evolved over the years, and includes practicing like you play and playing like you practice, acknowledging that the toughest opponent is yourself, and focusing on getting 1% better every practice instead of counting wins/losses.
